EPIDERMOLYSIS
BULLOSA
{ep•ih•dur•MOL•uh•sis buhl•LOE•sah}
Epidermolysis Bullosa, a mouth full, I know. EB -- for short -- is a rare genetic skin discovery that I was born with. The layers of my skin are not bonded, so when the friction comes in contact, it causes the skin to blister or comes off completely. EB comes in many severe forms, affecting the outside of the body, as well as the inside.

I am 4 out of 5 children and the first in my family to have it. I can honestly say I am blessed to have EB because it has opened my eyes to a world I would have never known if it wasn't for EB. I am excited to share all the stories, interviews, tips, and tricks that come with EB.
Butterfly Children
We are known as "The Butterfly Children" because our skin is as fragile as butterflies wings.
